We have some exciting programs planned for fall 2023.  At our September 14 meeting, we will be exploring the history of Japanese settlement and industry in Nanaimo, with a guest from the Nanaimo Japanese Canadian Cultural Society.

In October, we have another weekend walking historical tour planned, this time along the waterfront walkway in Maffeo-Sutton Park.  Watch our website for more details. This follows the very successful walking tour of Departure Bay last October, which you can  learn more about here.
